Working perspective
My background combines international economic law with more than five years of hands-on China sourcing and product-development work. I have managed over 600 appliance and component SKUs and coordinated more than 50 factories.
My practical product scope includes gas water heaters, gas stoves, induction cookers, range hoods and their critical components. At Joelwave, the current focus is gas hot-water systems for RV, outdoor and household markets.
I work directly on specification alignment, supplier comparison, samples, production follow-up and inspection evidence. When a project develops a contractual or payment problem, Phoebe Xiao provides licensed PRC legal support.
